At West49, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original West49 tags attached before initiating a return.
Start Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
